Welcome to Planning Effective Lessons, the first course in the Instruction series.
This course looks at the practical things you can do when planning and delivering lessons to enhance student learning.
It provides guidelines on how to develop lesson plans, methods for delivering material so that all learners (visual, auditory, and kinesthetic) can understand, and inquiry strategies for all grade levels.
The course should take 10-12 hours of study time to complete all assignments and the reflection questions as directed. There are three written assignments including the reflection questions at the end of the course.
